Best Bar Service LLC (herein referred to as "Company") and Client (collectively, the Hiring Party) enter into this Terms and Conditions (herein referred to as an "Agreement") for Staffing and Rental Service (herein referred to as "Staff" or "Service" ). Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement immediately upon provided payment to the Agency.
1. HOURLY BILLING
Client will be billed for the time; the Staff begins work on an official call time (collectively the Staff arrival time, requested by the Client) specified, until Staff is signed off at the end of the event.
2. BOOKING HOURS
Five hours minimum service applies to all bookings. Staff will remain on assignment for the maximum hours booked by Client during reservation. Client also reserves the right to hold Staff for additional hour (up to 2 hour) following the event.
3. ARRIVAL TIME
Staff will make every effort to arrive early before the official call time. In case, the Staff arrives late due to the Staff fault, the five hour minimum Staff booking required will be forfeited and the Client will be billed only for the hours the Staff was on the assignment.
4. SERVICE GUARANTEE
Staff will perform the following service for the Client; (a) Bartenders will set up a bar stations to serve beverages and make mixed drinks. Bartenders will break down and clean bar stations during and immediately following the event.
5. SERVICE LIMITS
Client is not allowed to request or knowingly allow Staff to serve liquor to minors or to the mentally incompetent persons. Client should assume sole responsibility for verifying, that all individuals being served are of legal drinking age. Client also should assume responsibility for monitoring the service of alcohol to intoxicated individuals at the event. Bartenders reserves the right to refuse service to anyone believed to be overly intoxicated, belligerent or without proper proof of age. Client maintains sole responsibility for all injuries and damages caused by any food or beverage served at the event by Staff.
6. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
25% deposit is required to complete booking. All bookings cancelled within 7 days of an event date are not refundable. The balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the event’s date.
7. DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
a) Standard delivery based on a round trip, including the pick-up, and scheduled during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM). Delivery charge is $80-$550 for New York City (ground level and/or first floor only). This fee may change according to rental month and venue location.
b) Special delivery or pick-up requests outside the standard delivery are subject to additional fee. Special requests must be arranged in advance to ensure timely delivery. Upon pick-up, Equipment must be consolidated in one location, folded, stacked and packed according to the manner in which it was delivered.
8. WEBSITE CONTENT
The images included on the Website may vary slightly from the Equipment provided in the rental due to manufacturer model changes and general wear and tear.
9. MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order depends on the delivery location $250 and up.
